Max-OT

Post  peopleschamp11 on Tue Jun 08, 2010 1:37 am

I get several questions regarding my routine. I figured Drew wouldn't mind if I posted this here -

This link will take you to a free, 160 page document that completely outlines the Max-OT program. The website requires you to register, but it will take all of 2 minutes.

I have used Max-OT before and it is a good program. However, if you're a beginner pick one of the lower volume templates to start with. If you just jump right into the higher volume ones you may just destroy your CNS.

Agreed. Hell, I am by no means a beginner and I STILL use the low volume workouts!
